You know the biggest issue with this brand is the fact that they’ve hit their peak and can’t move past this current style without alienating their original customer base. Look at everything he’s wearing. It’s just old rehashed archive Bape designs thrown on the same tired ass camo hoodie, camo winter jacket, for $1000 a pop. All the Japanese godfather’s are dying off and leaving corpses of brands in their wake. Supreme is at least doing interesting things with Northface or other brands for example and making hype new clothes. When is the last time Bape made anything innovative in terms of design? They’re stuck in their own design box and antiquated way of thinking.

Supreme is garbage, that white suburban brand, that’s been jacking from black street fashion like Karl kani, and cross colours, and others since the 90s

Yes they are, but they’ve somehow managed to survive longer than both the extinct Cross Colours and Karl Kani combined. I know they’re a basic ass brand but at least they didn’t go bankrupt like Bape. You gotta give Supreme that.

Karl kani and cross colours are back popular, especially in Oakland, check oakland rapper kamaiyah she does the hook on yg drake why you hating song, she and her crew wear both brands a lot, migos, the game, chris Brown, big sean, jhene aiko, rich homie quan,ty dolla sign, blac youngsta, and a lot of new popular rappers and singers, plus regular people are wearing them, check instagram, cross colours distributed karl kani early on, and karl kani was selling big time in Tokyo, before he got repopular back in the states,i got their new retro pieces too, with people I know as well have them, majority of white kids , and white people in general always catch on late, they think blacks, and the urban crowd are still wearing supreme which been played out now,the streets are wearing Tommy Hilfiger, adidas, karl kani, cross colours, and champion, bape, fila, puma, and low-key brands from the mall, and street wear

I hear you, but Cross Colours used to do $300M a year in sales. Now they probably do less than $2M. They are not back, they are nowhere near where they ever were, not even marginally. Same with Karl Kani, his sales were in the hundreds of millions. Even if there is a small retro movement for him, and believe me I’ve owned pieces as well I was also a fan, they are past their peak now and people are wearing them for nolstagic purposes. Not because they are hype or mainstream again like they were before.

Supreme is in the hundreds of millions currently, they were not 10 years ago but they are hitting the peak of their stride now. It’s not white kids supporting Supreme and Bape anymore, it’s mostly Asian kids now. White kids are more into the mallcore and other labels. Supreme has always been a white kid label though it’s a skate company for god’s sake.

Nostalgic or whatever the case, people are buying them, plus its new to the newer generation, and good welcome back for the older consumers, and both have new pieces with the old, especially karl kani, and check out karl recent interviews, and his interviews before his current renewed popularity,he was making high millions in Japan, that’s why he never stopped like cross colours, its like comparing apples with oranges, karl , and cross colours never had multiple individual stores, they had one here , and there, while doing deals with Macy’s and other stores in the 90s,plus they’re the oringinators they never had to steal like supreme, plus the old saying it’s always cool to be low-key than oversaturate, and that’s what bit supreme garbage ass for the second time in the row, this time they were even more worst, and self asorbed, all while still stealing karl, and cross colours designs, among the newer urban streetbrand designs, and in those lines you still see majority white kids, and also them wearing it on social media, the same lames that majority wear the shit Tyler the creator wear, sure you see Asians, but it’s mostly all white, and tommy, karl kani, cross colours, puma, fila, champion, Calvin Klein are all slowly growing to their former selves, and doing what adidas have done to get back to its former status, its not over night but that’s all you see people wear in real life, and social media, while corny brands like supreme, and polo are basically dead, and wore out their welcome
